For the draft, do the auction amounts need to be in whole dollar amounts ($3.00) or can we bid like $2.78 or 5.14?
Also, to bid higher than someone else, do you have to increase the bid by a certain amount, or can someone come in at the last minute and bid $5.01 over your $5.00.
Sorry if these are dumb questions, but I have never done an auction draft

no such thing as a dumb question, and these answers should all be added to the constitution.
Bids must be in $1 increments, and once a bid is placed, the 12 hours clock re-starts. This is a SLOW auction draft, emphasis on slow.

Yeah I remember now. Thanks for your help. I didn't realize the clock restarted with a new bid. I just thought it was slow because we are starting after the SuperBowl and opening day isn't until April. My bad, haha.

Thanks for answering Breeze and will update the rules to clarify.
We should also be aware of the weekend time limit.
-8 hours for players nominated from 6pmEST on Fridays through 12pm EST on Sundays
This is there to speed up the process a bit. If owners would like to keep it smple we could just make it 12 hours through the weekend as well. Let me know.
I will also start a thread here shortly asking owners opinions of the rules. I don't want to change for the sake of change, but have asked a couple owners ask about a couple so want to get feedback from everyone if possible.
Also if anyone can answer any question to your league mates feel free to do so...thanks.
